Angel was a sweetheart. As a salesperson myself, I through enjoyed my experience with him. Buying a new mattress can be tough & Angel was very patient & kind & made it fun. Jason was very helpful as well. He had excellent input as well. I do hope Mattress Firms stands by all their promises, although I think the price to exchange, if you are unhappy, was a little high. After all, most mattress sellers will do a free exchange plus I upgraded to the next level adjustable base. I know Angel was just doing his job explaining that policy to me but again I think its not fair, especially if you're only exchaning the mattress. He explained everything in detail to me & I so appreciate his personal touch. He is not pushy but very honest. Also. I do think they should allow the delivery crew to remove the 3 slats ( we have a sleigh style bed) i mean what if we remove them & the crew says, for some reason, that the base will not fit. We will be here to supervise & I doubt any damage would occur. We are over 63 years old & its tough to remove a king size mattress. I would be willing to pay.

Being a customer whose had the same mattress for 8 years, it was time for me to visit Mattress Firm. By fault of my own, I ended up at a different store. I called Mattress Firm and spoke to the manager named Vondrell, who quickly and efficiently guided me right to Mattress Firm. From the moment I entered this store until I left, I felt like I was the only customer there. I immediately knew Vondrell was the manager because I felt very important to this business the entire time. I felt my business was appreciated, and everything I thought I needed was handled with very sincere consideration. Vondrell and staff were always very polite, the shopping experience was very enjoyable because you knew you were being provided a service and not just sold a product, but that someone was taking care of a very important aspect of your life, helping you sleep better. I would recommend everyone to come here and replace their beds. I have not even one negative criticism of my experience there. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and like their beds, very comfortable!...
