I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mambo’s Grill. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the delightful atmosphere. The ambiance was perfect, creating a warm and inviting environment.

Now let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, it was absolutely delicious! Every dish I tried was expertly prepared and bursting with flavors. We had the fried calamari which were super fresh and tender with good flavor. Also had the pasta Alfredo with shrimp, smoked pork chop, seafood paella and the arroz campesino. I repeat everything was delicious. I enjoyed a margaritas, which were skillfully crafted and complemented the meal perfectly.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional. Their knowledge and passion for the menu were evident, and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had. It exceeded all my expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for night out to eat some delicious food. I can't wait to come back and indulge in their amazing food and delightful atmosphere once again. The fried fish was decent, but the quesadillas were a letdown. They came with French fries, but the quesadillas themselves were filled with chicken, no cheese, guacamole, or sour cream. The serving was also quite small compared to other places.

On the positive side, the chicken fajita was reasonably priced and came with a generous amount of vegetables. However, surprisingly, none of the chicken dishes we ordered were made with chicken breast; instead, they were all made with dark meat.

The server seemed inexperienced and had difficulty understanding the menu. He had to repeatedly ask us questions about our orders. It’s disheartening to see that shadow training has become a rarity in the hospitality industry.

Me gustaría que el sitio prestara atención a mi opinión sobretodo el Manager al que hubiese querido conocer y JAMÁS se presentó a darnos la cara, fuimos ignorados completamente y NADIE nos dio una satisfacción al respecto Anoche fuimos 25 personas a esperar el Año 2025 a este lugar Para empezar muy bonito y acogedor pero no tenía en absoluto ninguna decoración a esta celebración, nadaaaa, no había un gorro, un cintillo, un globo,un adorno acorde a Fin de Año ,cosas mínimas, que hasta en la casa uno las pone para amenizar tal celebración, pero como buenos clientes uno deja pasar esos detalles los cuales no fueron lo principal Reitero eramos 25 personas que al reservar la muchacha Nike fue "super atenta" Pues nada la comida que de hecho era excelente, al traernosla todo venía en desechables, le comentamos a la ineficiente mesera (JADE) que cómo y por qué en desechables, una noche tan especial y que el sitio NO es tan grande, o sea que no habia que fregar tanto como ella misma nos dijo, con una PÉSIMA actitud nos dio unas cuantas malas respuestas y por último me dijo que sí queríamos que nos devolviera el DINERO, cosa esta que no creo ella esté facultada para hacer, debí haberle dicho que sí, A ver que haría pq la falta de ética fue cosa seria Hellooooo, yo trabajo con el público, esto es inaceptable! Aprendan a respetar y dar respuestas para que uno se sienta bien y quiera regresar, eso no existió, tal fue la incomodidad nuestra, pues JADE todo el tiempo nos maltrató verbalmente, que yo le pedí a "alguien" que NO la queríamos atendiendonos más, que nos cambiarán de mesera Optamos por dejar pasar el mal rato y pasarla lo mejor posible, peroooo no puedo dejar pasar por alto el incidente porque considero que el Dueño debe tomar medidas con respecto al maltrato de la mesera, una persona que no es capaz de darte una razón no puede lidiar con clientes qué van dispuestos a dejar su dinero y menos que menos propina qué no se gana con un buen servicio, ella da un mala imagen al sitio definitivamente Y por último y principal den la cara, si no está el Manager, tengan a alguien que responda decentemente al cliente que va allí a consumir. Repito fuimos ignorados ,nunca nos dieron una satisfacción y créanme que aunque no les interese, allí no regresamos por esa razón , lastimosamente recordaremos este Fin de Año como una amarga experiencia Feliz y...
