I will start off with this was my 1st and will be my VERY last time visiting this establishment. I was looking forward to trying a new pizza shop outside of the chain restaurants unfortunately the customer service fell bottom of the barrel short & the food was lack luster. When I 1st arrived there was one couple who had already been there & one deciding on what to order. I had had already placed my order online at 2pm and was arriving about 3mins after the pick-up time which was 2:20 pm. I went directly to the waitress and told her my WHOLE NAME on the order &she asked to see where I ordered so I pulled it up& SHOWED it to her she said that the app pick up time are off and it would be additional 10 mins on my food which was red flag #1 but I didn't argue i simply said ok & sat down & waited for an additional 30 mins & watched at minimum 3 additional customers come in and get their food & leave at that point. I asked what was the hold up on my food and the waitress looked puzzled (red flag #2)and told me she just gave my food to the customer who came i after me &who had just left stating she called my name which I promptly told she didn't call my and she what my name was again which I told her again. Then she starts asking me which location did I place my order with &I'm confused because I didn't know this place even had more than one located. She proceeds to now say that my order was at a different location &when I asked her then why did she have me waiting an additional 30 mins here when I gave her my WHOLE NAME and showed her my order she couldn't say anything but that she would call the other store& have them remake my food& sorry. Needless to say I'm very annoyed but she called them & told them half of the story &told me my food would be fresh mind you now I'm in a rush to do other things because I've wasted 30mins sitting at the wrong location. I arrive at the other which she said the order was & my was sitting under a heat lamp (red flag #3) when I checked my food it was not fresh 😑. But by this I'm running late &don't have time to wait another 30mins on them to remake my food. Read moreSimple story. I ordered a calzone. Was told it would take 10 minutes. Came back in ten minutes only to watch my calzone walk out the door. Once they realizeed their error, they went to the customer who was sitting in his truck opening the box to get my calzone. They walk back in with it and go to the kitchen with it. They wait exactly one minute and bring the same calzone and give it to me. 🤮🤮🤮 I ask if it was a new one and the guy looks me directly in the face and says, "Yes". I don't argue because they will never get another dollar of my money. 🤬😡🤬
With diseases and viruses plaguing our nation, I can't believe they would but someone's safety at risk to save $10.89. 🤮🤮🤮

I ordered a build-your-own calzone and was not disappointed. It was so good! Because I live out of a suitcase, I choose to dine in 99% of the time. However, in this place, Hell's Kitchen was on the TV, and, as true to Gordon Ramsey's character, the f-bombs were flying left and right. I am so glad this was not a situation in which I had my children with me.
