Vegetarians beware!!! This location is NOT vegan or vegetarian friendly! I ordered their tofu eggplant curry. The menu did not indicate there was any meat in it. I asked the auntie that was serving it and she may have not spoke enough English to understand what I was asking, which is not her fault. The menu could have just stated it had meat in it to avoid confusion. There were definitely small chunks of meat (possibly pork) in the curry. At first I was excited to see a veg-friendly item on their menu but I’ll never eat here again. I quickly lost my appetite and got sick from unknowingly eating meat which is not part of my regular diet. 🤢 Usually Vietnamese food can be pretty veg-friendly but this place is run by Filipinos, so it’s definitely not authentic and it’s most definitely tainted with unknown types of meat.
