When arriving at pipeline, we specifically asked for the most affordable stuff we were looking for, due to us needing it for a short time and not needing quality. Both employees proceeded to try to convince us to spend as much money as possible, and treat us like tourists who had never been to a head shop before. After ringing up a lot more money than we realized, we found they had a shelf behind us with discounted items and cheaper items, that they never mentioned the entire time we were there repeatedly asking for affordable products. they're specifically trying to get as much money from us as possible, not trying to give good business. We didn't feel like we were treated...

Bought a piece that was defective. I noticed it had a small hole in an ash catcher's stem when I used it, clearly a production mistake. When I brought it back to swap it out for a functional one, the staff tried to make it seem like I had broken the piece. Typical mainland business style of accepting no responsibility. Cheap, poorly made Chinese glass combined with horrible customer service showed me they are more focused on short term profits than long term customer satisfaction.
