This community really knows how to do online worship… As a visitor I felt welcomed and seen. The connections that are made between the community members the people in worship and the pastor is really quite extraordinary… And they and worship with small groups so that you can chat… My favorite part might be that you can come in early and be greeted and seen in the larger community before worship starts… These days it feels like online worship has become so much of a performance that the connection I go to worship for seems to be lost. My husband and i have visited this church several times and like the pastor and congregation. Pastor David Baumgart-Turner is down-to-earth and spiritual. Sermons are enlightening and he does not use any notes to speak. Church accepts everyone and is active in homeless and environmental issues. Reason for 4 stars is the sanctuary does not have any AC units or large fans which makes it hard on a hot summer day. But overall, a...
