I ordered a custom cake from the store for my son's birthday a week ago, simple enough: chocolate cake w/vanilla ice cream. On the day of his birthday after singing happy birthday and cutting the cake we encountered that it was not what we have ordered. I took the cake w/ deco pack back to the store for a refund. They refused to give a refund and told me the only option was to take a cake from the cooler or a certificate. I wasn't happy with either option all I wanted was the money back. I had to take the certificate because otherwise I would had lost the money paid for a cake I didn't get and that ruined a boys birthday. Very disappointed by the customer service at this store. This is our usual go-to for late-night ice cream. Tonight, my family and I were treated poorly by the two young ladies working. From the moment we walked in, to ordering and paying, their attitude was terrible as if we were interrupting their night. One young lady, who served my son, made an irritated facial expression at him and didn’t realize I witnessed it. And during checkout, one girl huffed and puffed as more customers continued to walk in. If it’s an issue no one is forcing you to work there. Disappointed and frustrated that this was the treatment and customer service we received. May not go back for a lil while or possibly drive to the other location to avoid this...

This place is super busy on the 31st of each month! The staff are kind and pretty efficient that the line moves quickly. There's lots of parking and my children like to go here after eating dinner at one of the nearby eateries because it's convenient. I like that there's indoor and outdoor seating available to relax and enjoy your items. Maybe next time I'll remember to...
