Tracy from Diamond Bakery provided excellent customer service! Be aware though that they are only open 10 am to 2 pm and very difficult to have them pickup the telephone. The Negative is that they use Fedex for delivery which has very bad service and frequent delivery delays. with no local phone number for support. When I called Fedex all they are reporting to me the exact status I can see online with tracking. My shipment was 2 days late from the original delivery date for a delivery that was only less than 10 miles away. 100% better service from USPS and UPS, Fedex is the worst! Diamond Bakery elected to use the worst delivery service anywhere. If you can pick it up you'll save on the delivery fee but just have to go within their short...

These are always in our household! So many favorites...and they are always running out! Favorites: Creme Crackers, Candy Bead Cookies Saloon Pilot Crackers, Chocolate Chip (of course) (my daughter in Colorado has to have them!), Animal Crackers, Cinnamon Toast, just to name a few. The best shortbread cookies I've ever tasted....but the first to ever taste a Guava and Pineapple shortbread cookie. All started with a sample cookie, yes, just 1 individually wrapped Guava cookie, and I was hooked. The melt in your mouth cookie. Website was easy to navigate and easy to order. Purchased a case for Christmas presents, but I keep eating them, so now I need to order another one. Mahalo...
