Nov 1, 2024. 7:45pm. Younger lady working kept complaining openly to her older coworker in front of customers that she needs to keep making shakes. The customers before me ordered two shakes. One was supposed to be ube but she made strawberry and only realized her mistake when she was about to give it to the customer. The worker gets a free strawberry shake for herself now; coincidence? Regardless, she had to make another shake coz of her error and then when it was my turn to order, she was bummed that I was ordering a shake. While she was making my shake, she continued complaining to her older associate as to why everyone wanted shakes tonight instead of ice cream. I get it, it’s harder to make a shake vs just scooping ice cream BUT we pay more for the shake AND it’s not like they were busy. There was just another person after me and she was picking up an already made DoorDash order. Complain all you want but don’t complain in front of customers.
