I was very disappointed. I went to the restroom before placing order to wash my hands & it smelled like urine. The door was wide open so I don't know if they were in the process of cleaning it or just airing it out. But there wasn't a cleaning staff around during my entire visit. After receiving my order, I had them replace my French fries since it was too salty for me. They replaced it with NO salt fries NO questions asked. I asked for a refill of my unsweetened ice tea with extra ice. I received it with NO ice. The dining area only had 2 tables being occupied, myself & a single person. The evening rush hour must have just ended because majority of the table were dirty. I asked the server for napkins so I could clean my table. She gave dried napkins, therefore, asked her if she could wet them so I could clean my table which she did. My husband and I came to jack in the box drive thru Feb 4 2018 Sunday morning around 11:03 AM because I was craving. An employee named CORA who took our order and payment was so frickn rude. My husband simply told her our order and we had coupons. A meal for $6 that comes with small fry && small drink. I dont know what confused her when we repeated it TWICE to her. Then she said “oh my gosh what” ? “So which one do you want then” I had to remain calm because if it wasnt for my husband I wouldve put my vehicle on park and walk in to complain. The most egregious offense is that the menu prices don’t accurately reflect the actual prices. See photo for example. When brought to the attention of the employee, my comment went without a reply.
The spicy crispy sandwich is always served without two slices of cheese when it’s clearly pictured with two. See photo for example.
I have been through the drive-thru on multiple occasions and not offered a receipt. Perhaps to dissuade me from telling corporate about my experiences.
