I have to BEG my husband to have Taco Bell, a long loved top choice of mine, even for snacks. Unfortunately, even that wont win me this option any longer. I am so simple when I eat here, with my favorite being just a good ol' runny bean burrito. I love my onions, cheese and sauce and sometimes even get brave and pay extra for extra of each (with an average of no return for the paid extra). I realize what I'm paying for and am actually grateful for the low(er) price with taste and value! I'll even order extra, add a whole bunch of extra cheese at home, rewrap them with a tightness, and make fried burritos the next day. We used the mobile order for the first time this round, I dont advise, it is no time saved in this case, and multiple items were "out" so since it was prepaid, we had to switch out the items for equals (ie: Chipotle Cheddar Double Stacked Taco had to be replaced w/reaper or nacho and the Strawberry Skittle Freeze-both my orders and I dont like the reaper FLAVOR and am not a soda drinker [Mtn Dew Freeze option]). The girl at the window was great and almost embarrassed to have to tell me bad news AND of her coworkers' actions behind her. Needless to say, I still had to cook dinner when I got home. And had a disgruntled, "I told you so" husband who now demands that if I force Taco Bell on him again, hes making me wait at the window while he goes beyond simply counting/checking items are accounted for and individually unwraps each product to ensure they made...
Read moreWe arrived at the drive thru at 11:45pm on 6-14-18. The inside was closed and there wasn't a huge line so we figured it should go quickly. I was dead wrong. Tell me why we waited 50 minutes!!! 50 minutes in the drive thru line. We couldn't back up to leave because we had cars behind us at that point. Once we finally got up to order, the lady was completly clueless. She was rude, cut me off during ordering and then would stop taking the order at random and it would go quiet. I had to ask her 4 times if she was still there to which she replied...can you repeat what you wanted. Smdh. Once we got up to the window to pay, 50 minutes later I asked her what was the hold up to which she replied " We only have 4 people working". Manager was nowhere to be found!!! However we saw no one else and she was clueless. Absolutely horrible HORRIBLE service and extremely poor management skills. Never once did she even say sorry for the wait. She kept messing up our order and gave up wrong items and was rude until I asked what her name was. Lol. We will NEVER go to this taco bell again and I will definitely tell all my family and friends to avoid this location. Oh and our food was crazy cold. I got the crunch wrap and it was ALL shell and lettuce. Lol just a small dalop of cheese and a small spoon full of meat. Seriously? You would think waiting for 50 mins that food would be on point?!? Read moreOh boy, where do i begin. It's the worst drive-through ever. Speed is not their forte. I sat in line for 20 minutes and waited. If i could have reversed, i would have. Then their mobile app does not work, so i couldn't get the deals from the app.When i finally got to order i could hear them having a party, I asked the gentleman taking the order about the app and he said "if it doesn't work we can't do anything". I ordered my food and waited another 10 minutes to get to the window. Timing is key people. When i got to the window, they still had not had my food ready, yet they were all goofing around. When i got my food, my tacos were broken, and they forgot my burrito. I called and was told maybe it went to someone else. NOT MY PROBLEM.
