Aloha. I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience really stood out, and NOT in a good way. Whoever’s managing this location seriously needs to do a better job making sure things are actually in stock. It's frustrating to wait in a long line, finally get to the front, and then be told half the items are unavailable. That said, I truly feel for the staff. They’re struggling with all the pressure and trying to make things work with what little they have. Despite the situation, the cashier recommended a substitution for my drink and I’m glad they did, because it actually turned out really good. Shoutout to them for staying positive and making the best of a bad situation. I’ve worked in the food industry for years, so It’s truly upsetting to see these workers not being...

I went on November 2nd around 8:20. I ordered an acai primo and when I received it I realized there was no strawberries. I went back in and asked if they forgot to add them or if I got the wrong order, and the cashier told me I did not order them. At this point I gestured towards their menu which states all the ingredients they are supposed to add, and look it states there are strawberries, blueberries and bananas. After pointing it out they still state that I did not include it in my purchase, and when I asked why their menu says there are strawberries, the cashier just states the same...

Always good service! And the drinks are always tasty, too...Parking can sometimes be challenging, as it's a busy shopping center. Park near McDonald's, as it'll be easier! :-)

Ordered a Chocolate Strawberry & Fruity Pebbles... they were both very good!

One little note, my daughter went the night before & they closed their doors a little...
