Starbucks — Restaurant in Honolulu

Placed order at 6:51pm. Got my order shortly after 7pm. Explained to the barista that the order was with no ice. She said she would remake my order. They filled orders after my redo. Finally after my order still didn't show up I tried to get the attention of her but was ignored along with the other 2 baristas. Finally went to the employee taking the orders for assistance. While entering another order for me he was able to get her attention to explain the situation. She then said she remembered that and asked another barista to make the order which the order was clearly stated with the request of no ice and layered. The order was still put off and took another 10 minutes to fill. Another customer with issues had her order fixed quickly before mine even after she reported the error after mine. My order wasn't layered but I wasn't about to wait another 10 minutes which would have made this trip almost 45 minutes. The same barista sassed the other customer telling her she needed to request the ice on the side which the customer stated she did like her other orders. Worst experience ever! No apology and no...

This location is generally good. The staff are all very nice and friendly and helpful when asking questions about the new seasonal drinks.

However, they consistently put too much milk in their lattes and when you ask them about it they are very dismissive and reply with a snarky answer of “uh, it’s a latte.. it’s supposed to have a lot of milk.” I am an avid coffee drinker. I drink a lot of lattes and I know what to expect. In fact, I ordered this exact same drink yesterday at a different location and had a much better latte.

I’m not sure if it is a store wide issue, or just one or two baristas. But I have had this experience more than once.

I May just stop going to this location all together, which is a bummer as it is very conveniently...

On fri 3/20 about 1230pm I went to the kam shopping center starbucks and a rude lady customer couldn't decide what she wanted. Brandon the batista, who was so friendly described what the drink she questioned about. All he said was I just want to make sure I make what you want and she went off! Wanted to leave a bad review. This location always give good service. Alot of customers after the lady left wanted to leave a good review for Brandon. He was so accommodating and patient with the lady. It's so sad that sad people like that rude customer lady take out her frustrations on people who just trying to make a living and work Hard.So to Brandon and the other baristas on his shift awesome...
