This place is a disgrace. I ordered online at the Hawaii Kai location, which said they were open. put my card in and go to pick it up. I get there and park, but it looks as if the place is closed. I think, oh maybe that's the tint on the windows, so I go up to the door and try to open it. It doesn't open. So, I tried a few more times, and it still doesn't work. After that I get back into the car a little miffed and call the Kahala location because I just paid almost 60 dollars for three small smoothies and 3 depressing sandwiches for my family that I was soon to find out I should not even have ordered. They said that they would make the order at their location, so I was like alright, I'm heading that way anyway. Can I just tell you that this location is in a word: sad. The workers are unprofessional, there are straw wrappers and crumbs on the ground, and it is very dim lit. I finally got the goods after about 20 minutes, and am happy to finally be done with this place. The smoothies were fine, but the food was absolutely horrible. The sandwiches had the texture of cardboard and were a little less than lukewarm. I attempted to eat it 2 MINUTES after I got it, so it wasn't a matter of the time after I got it. I won't be going back to Jamba...
Read moreIf you didn't forgot to start part of someone's order or you didn't communicate to each other that someone should then you should probably apologize for the inconvenience. If you continue making them wait for it to be made then you should also be really sure you made it correctly. The people here were super unfriendly and unpersonable. It wasn't busy so my drink and my friends drink came out pretty quick but I didn't go grab it from the counter right when they called because my food order wasn't ready. When they realized that no one bothered to actually heat up the twist I ordered they started it and when I got to my car (I left annoyed cause they were so awkward and unfriendly) I took a bite and it was still really cold. I didn't bother going back in because I didn't feel like it would be taken care of anyway. Theres a bunch of people working there and it looks like they still don't do things...
Read moreThe employees here make a strong case for full automation of smoothie making, no staff required. In the span of just a few minutes I witness a customer voice a complaint, the staff all with dumbfounded looks of not knowing how to respond, the customer leaves, to then have the staff now voice their opinions, out loud, amongst each other about the customer while there are still plenty of customers in the store to hear. Not sure how long this group of employees have been working together or in general, but the lack of experience and awareness is troubling and certainly not worth a return visit. The manager of this location should be concerned...
