KFC — Restaurant in Honolulu

Went through the drive thru to order for my family and there was one car in the parking lot come to find out that one car was for the unprofessional emanated terry…when trying to place my order the person kept cutting me off not allowing me to even get a half sentence out..which I did ask nicely if she could please stop interrupting me when I’m trying to order…then when I asked her a question to verify the pricing no response from her just silence so because there was no one behind me (of course) I went inside and waited while I watched an employee who kept walking and he saw me because he looked straight at me making contact but then still no acknowledgment then finally a older woman who turned out to be the manager and I asked are you the one who was at the window because she had the headset on and she said yes I proceeded to say why did she keep cutting me off In the middle of my sentences she then responded with she’s the only one there and in my head I’m wondering why she said that when I was looking at the other employee. Next I asked I’m sorry is it my fault your the only one here then rolled her eyes and walked away from me and said that her name was Terry…I guess that’s why it’s a Saturday night and not another customer in sight because it’s the customers fault for being treated so rudely because you lack the staff then you should close or not present your issues onto a paying customer and I did nothing wrong but asking politely not to cut me off in the middle of my sentences as it is quite rude but I didn’t yell, scream, call her names or nothing but yet I still was treated like I was scum…and to put it out there I was going to spend over $100 because the main family combo I was looking at...

Avoid here at all cost Had issues with our order phones don't work went in there to sort it out. Manager says the phone isn't working 🙄 I highly doubt it i think they just don't want to deal with customers. There's workers in there has attitude that talks back to customers act like a manager admit that they don't pickup the phone. Happened sat Dec 14 at 745pm what makes it more worse the manager that night gave a bunk number. I trip on how this location is still going. This is another thing how can your phones no work yet you just had a renovation if there was phones issues they would of fixed the issue then and there while under renovation honestly this location is pathetic and...

I usually never eat at KFC. So the last time I had it was off the island in Vegas that was good so I was like, sure, let me go here. Yeah, never again. The lady at the drive through was so rude. I was asking questions in regards to their new bowl and she had such a bad attitude and when I got my meal and I didn't open it until I got home. The oil was seeking out of the bag because the bowl is made out of paper. So that was disappointing, and then when I actually opened it.
