Food is very good but DO NOT do large orders or use their online menu system. We had a 3 day project on Oahu and were excited to try this place. The first day our order was wrong after using their online menu system. We all make mistakes so it wasn't a deal breaker. The food was great so we wanted to come back for day 2.
Our assistant picks up the food for second day and the order was completely wrong again. They had to drive back to receive the correct items. Some things were missing and the workers didn't know which plate was which when we asked to specify.
We didn't want to chance it for day 3 because the day 2 errors. But, our manager is vegetarian so he wanted Leahi for day 3. Day 3 comes around and his order is incorrect again! They forgot to give us certain items we paid for online. At this point it was comical, yet frustrating.
Again the food is great, but if you do a big order and need it by a certain time I wouldn't recommend Leahi. Their mistakes but us behind schedule because we had to drive back all three times to receive what we originally asked for. It would be great if they had a phone number to call but they do not have one listed on their Google...

Money is important to stay afloat but if you have a good sense of customer service when a customer is not satisfied they will keep coming back and you'll get more money and they will refer their friends and you will get more money and you will keep getting more money if you please the customer. I had the most horrible tasting smoothie and I didn't even ask for a refund I asked to exchange it for a different flavor. The guy told me yeah that's a weird smoothie but our smoothies are generally delicious so we don't offer refunds. I believe he asked someone maybe his boss or the owner and the person said no way we never give refunds or exchanges. I do not recommend this place. So here is a tip for new customers after going to all the Leahi locations, this location is interesting when it comes to their staff, most of the time they look very serious, often a bit rude, offering a poor customer service! If itâs a Tuesday or Saturday and youâre going in for the tacos: smoothie for $14 always ask for a receipt. They might charge you the whole thing forgetting is the special of those two days, it has happened to me several times now.Personally I always bring my salt shaker, they donât add salt to their food. If you ask for it they say they donât have it. If you ask for extra spicy sauce they look at you so weird. Customer service has room for improvement!
