Customer service is poor, it felt as though the employee was taking a bad day out on my sandwich. I was pairing my sandwich request/response with please, thank you and a smile. To be met constantly with a dismissive attitude. I understand not everyone wants to work on Sundays, but it's no reason to be disengaged and malicious in your sandwich making. I had kindly asked " can i have light pepperchinis, like 3 please" - in response to my request she had gripped a first full and laid it out, and quickly prompted me for the next item, again i kindly requested light sauce which cause some internal trigger she pumped a wads of sauce on my sandwich, ignored my initial request for oil and vinegar - visibly upset when i had requested it be added as she was trying to rush me out of the store.
I really thought about making a scene in person, the manager didn't seem to care about the poor service. If you're in the area, I'd take a second look around for some food. Or hitting the subway in Hawaii Kai they are super awesome - welcoming, and dont take offense to you wanting to come into their place of business and order from them.
Id like to eat a sandwich not a soup, id include photos but it'd look as though some one chewed on one end and didnt bite...

I caught it on my receipt and questioned the worker. He said there was a prompt to opt out but that wasn’t true, only the total was displayed and prompted on the screen. I’ve used several similar cc terminals and they all have tip options, this one didn’t for some reason… I like tipping when workers have decent service and etiquette, but this guy was none of the above.
