Starbucks — Restaurant in Honolulu

It's very beautiful with the art but that's all it's going for. I went in to get 2 drinks. One was a caramel frappe, and the other was a mango dragonfruit refresher. I waited for my drinks like everyone else and it was busy, which is fine completely understandable. But let me tell you, the associates that I was watching making drinks looked like they were pouring water or something other than the drink that goes into them. The associate looked to see if anyone was watching to do it. Cameras don't lie. And so upon getting my drinks, I tried the frappe, and it tasted like there was no hint of coffee at all. The same goes for the mango dragonfruit refresher it tasted like water with a hint of flavor. I don't know what was going on if they were trying to water things down because stock was low but so uncalled for...

Great service. I ordered a caramel machiatto with no foam and no room which is complicated with all my other requests. They made it a bit off and forgot to add caramel, they immediately realized it after they saw me open it and made me a new one without hesitation and a smile on their face, which these days thats uncommon. Cashier staff were super friendly and lets not forget when you walk in you hear a greeting from multiple people. Really enjoy this place and the lounge area is always clean. Great location after shopping. I think if people who have a mistake on their order ask the staff would gladly remake it for you. This is located in a military complex off base where they have an exchange and commissary and other little shops. You do not need a military id for this location to drink here...

Kim was such a good barista, she helped me with my order and my mom. she helped my mom create a Starbucks account because we don't normally go to Starbucks and buy drinks there, its been 5yrs that we haven't had Starbucks and Kim just helped us and she was kind enough to give her time with us. She suggested her fav ice peach green tea lemonade with liquid cane sugar, and it was a delight my mom said. The drink was super tasty and not too sour for her. I also got Kims fav drink the ice chai latte with matcha foam and with brown sugar syrup and it was super delicious it's going to be my go to drink now. Kim will now be my fav nex barista.
