We'll start with the bad. The crispy pickles were not crispy. They were greasy and very soggy and not very many of them for the price. This is a two and a half stars for the "Crispy" not so crispy fried pickles. Only one size drink. Although they do offer free refills, you have to wait for them in a line or grab somebody's attention which I really don't like. So with all the negatives how could they possibly get four stars? The super melt was really good. If you go just get the super melt. Skip all the other stuff. I really thought about asking for a refund on those pickles while standing in line for a refill...

1st time visit and not sure what to expect. The ordering was fast but it took 15 minutes for my burger and fries all the while other people that ordered after me came out 1st. The burger was good as I am a picky eater and I do not like to eat my burger with tomato and lettuce but was okay with my burger. The only issue was the burger was very greasy and the bottom bun was soaked sitting in the takeout box it was placed in.. Not enough staff for the lunch push. This place was surprisingly better than I expected. The food was not overly greasy and there were good-quality ingredients. As someone who has managed and worked in similar-style restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised. Overall very clean. I noticed good food-handling practices and there were friendly staff. The wait time wasn't too long, roughly 15 minutes but it was kinda busy. Definitely worth the wait though. I got the fried pickles and patty melt. Absolutely delicious.
