THE. WORST.
My supervisor tried to order online Tuesday morning (11/7) and received a message that this location wasn't receiving orders at this time. So she drove to the location and no one was there, no lights on even though this was during their business hours. She updates me this, so I later place an online order to another Subway near me (Aiea) and had no problem. I placed another order with the same Aiea store on Wednesday, no problem. Wednesday evening I tried call this location to ensure there will be no issues the following day, as I wouldn't be in the Aiea area... but no one from this store answered.
Well, on Thursday (11/9) I was able to place an online order at 7:48am with instructions that we will be picking up at 12pm. When I tried to do a second order immediately after, I received the notice that the location I selected wasn't receiving orders at this time. Hmmm, accepting orders one minute and not the next? I tried calling multiple times, no answer. I tried ordering again at 9:40am and it was accepted, with instructions again that we will be picking it up at 12pm. At 11:47am I receive 2 emails, notifying me that my orders were canceled! It said "If you requested this, you’re all set. If not, please contact the restaurant where you had placed your order for more information." Contact the restaurant... that never answers their phone? We were left scrambling to figure out last minute lunch options.
Avoid this Subway. They apparently don't want business so don't bother giving them yours and save yourself...

Order was ready for Pick up. Very clean inside this place. Gave 4 stars for now, will try again and hope to improve to 5. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
If there was a negative number it'll be it. Tried giving this place my money /business 2 x in a week, just to see if it was a fluke attitude moment. BUT will never ever go back. I'd rather make me my own ham sandwich. WORST worst service! Trust me, if the owner don't do something real quick, this place will be putting down the chain brand. CUSTOMERS..... When asking for chicken breast the response was “Subway doesn’t have chicken breast.” I’ve gotten the same sandwich for about 6 years, so unless it just changed… excuse me? It also could’ve been said more nicely like “oh I’m sorry, that’s no longer on the menu.” My bread tasted pretty stale/hard on one side and super soggy on the other. My sandwich completely fell apart by the last few bites. My brother normally goes to the location by Safeway even though this is closer. Now I know why. Not coming back to this one. $23 for a very mediocre 6 inch and footlong meal was a rip off. If I hadn’t just got off an airplane I’d go buy my own ingredients and make a bunch of much cheaper, healthier, and tastier...
