Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Honolulu

The food here is outstanding, personally I'm a big fan of fried chicken... The line is usually pretty long but that is because it is very popular in the food court and everyone enjoys eating there compared to the other food options.... The employees seemed pretty short and agitated, at least the few times I went there they were not exactly experienced in the role of customer service and seemed more focused on the line and getting your order out of the way... I prefer eating at other places in the food court while I'm there so I don't have to interact with the Popeyes employees based on my last experiences, but it isn't the case for the other Popeyes...

This location is in the food court of the Navy Exchange shopping mall. It is smaller than some of the other Popeyes on the island, but they get the job done. I saw mixed reviews, and I have had good luck so far with this location. Food was prepared and packaged well. I didn't hear them call my mobile order, but maybe I was not paying attention. Service and food was good. However, I was ultimately dissatisfied because I felt deceived to learn the number one does not come with a biscuit. This information was not obvious to me as it was in font smaller than any other menu font and located a few lines below the statement that says combos include biscuits. Why caveat your first two menu items...
