I wish this review could be better. I want these guys to succeed.
We went there last night for the first time since they rebranded.
Ordered 3 slices of pizza and some bread sticks. After waiting for 30 minutes I finally checked in with the wait staff.
Although it was First Friday the place was barely full. There was lots of wait stuff running around like mad crazy people though.
Which seems to be the problem. They are disorganized and unable to cook pizzas at a pace that can support a dining room thatâs not even a quarter full.
So when I ask about my pizza I see thereâs quite a bit of confusion. Clearly they just dropped our order entirely and the nice young woman promised it would be arriving asap.
We got the breadsticks.
10 minutes later 2 of 3 slices of pizza arrived. I was told the third would arrive shortly. A few minutes after that - the same server who delivered the pizza gave other patrons that had just sat down the same pizza we ordered. And the began to chit chat with them.
At his point I interrupted and asked where my pizza was. I know it was a bit rude to interrupt but 45 minutes to deliver 3 slices of pizza is bad. If youâre doing your job sure - chit chat. But if youâve screwed up and people are waiting - serve them! The server was upset at me for interrupting and started getting in my face about it. Terrible look.
To top it off all of the pizza was undercooked. The flavors were ok. Nothing outstanding.
Itâs heartbreaking because I want them to succeed. They had more then enough people they are just disorganized and confused. One guy is seating profusely. They rest are bumping into each other and itâs clear they just havenât gotten the system down.
Please Bistro Felix. Hire someone to straighten...
Read moreFirst time eating here, had high hopes, but I was rather disappointed. Arrived at 5:40 on a Saturday evening, ordered a slice of Oregon trail and two slices of pepperoni at 5:45. I waited 30 minutes without being served and decided to check in with the staff. I went to the counter to ask if they were getting close, and they told me they had run out of Oregon trail and had to make another pizza.
The restaurant was not quite half full. Other pizzas were coming out, and I tried to have an understanding attitude, but it was frustrating. Ten minutes later, at 6:25, our three slices were ready. Our server said âsorry for the long waitâ several times, and I know they still have some organizational things to work out. Iâm not exaggerating the wait (I had to look at the time to make sure I wasnât mistaken), and I donât remember ever waiting 40 minutes to be served at any other restaurant in town.
Iâd love to see some sort of solution offered from the staff in situations like this.
Two stars because the pizza was delicious. I loved Andrewâs, and Iâm gonna give these guys another chance...

They have a fantastic menu. They still serve delicious desserts, like when it was Andrewâs Pizza. Whether youâre in the mood for something sweet or a more classic movie snack, theyâve got you covered. Plus, they offer a great selection of beer, wine, hard seltzer, and cider, along with plenty of non-alcoholic beverages to suit every preference.
The seating is another standout feature. The chairs are incredibly comfortable, with plenty of legroom, making it easy to sit back and relax for the entire movie. You pick your seats when you buy your tickets, so thereâs no stress about finding a good spot when you arrive. And for an extra cozy experience, the front row has love seatsâperfect for snuggling up or lounging in style.
If youâre looking for a theater that offers great food, drinks, and comfort, all with a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go. Itâs a true hidden gem that makes movie...
