Cascade Cliffs Winery & Tasting Room — Attraction in Hood River

Excellent wines and top notch service! As experienced wine tasters, we were so impressed with the quality of all the wines at Cascade Cliffs tasting room in Hood River. We went with our family as a fun outing, not expecting it to be such a completely wonderful experience. Thanks to the really beautiful and multi layered notes in their red wines, and the best service we have ever experienced in a tasting room! And, that says a lot! Delicia, the tasting room server, provided outstanding customer service! She was professional, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable regarding the wines at Cascade Cliffs, providing great information with each pour and answering all our questions. Delicia really provided a great tasting experience. We felt so welcome and taken care of! The wines are excellent and the customer service that was provided to us, through Delicia was superb. Delicia, is definitely an asset to the owners in their Hood River tasting room. If you are in the area, this is a wine tasting room not to miss! My daughter and I inadvertently stepped in to a club members' tasting party. No problem. We were welcomed in with open arms as there were some open spots we could choose from. The staff catered to us with our own separate tastings, but yet we felt included in the party atmosphere. All the staff there were wonderful. Moe took the time to talk to us and have us try a bit of this or a bit of that. He made us feel special. It was especially appreciated because my daughter and I had just lost my husband/her father only two weeks before. Moe went above and beyond. Our friends group has made this 2 hour drive to this great place 3 times now. We love this place! Mo has amazing customer service skills, friendly, warm and welcoming. Rachael has helped us twice and is great. She always has a smile on her face and it very knowledgeable about the wine and history. This place is truly a gem and well worth the stop.
