When you ask the barista to add “less ice” to your coffee, you expect less ice, right? Yeah no I got “extra ice” and that too crushed — that I couldn’t get out of my drink. Drinks were very decent usually watered down so so much. Pink drink is always watered down so much. They add so much ice to drinks as well , not even a drink anymore at that point.
