Starbucks — Restaurant in Hoover

Don’t ever go to this location! Upon placing my order and pulling to the window, I handed the nice gentleman my card to pay (35.00 for 3 drinks!) I’m ok with spending that much as long as they are good drinks. Well I verified that there wasn’t be whip on them and the RUDE barista making the drinks( didn’t catch her name but I saw she was a taller woman, long dark hair, said very rudely when he reminded her of the whip “did he tip?” Now I’m sorry is it any of her business if I tipped or not? NO! She needs to stay in her lane, make My drinks and keep her comments to herself! I wasn’t given the option to tip in the first place. She needs to be knocked off of her high horse and learn to be humble and grateful she has a job. It’s people like her that make people refuse to go to certain places ever again! I WILL BE CONTACTING HIGHER mgmt about her lovely comment. Maybe she can go work somewhere where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. I feel like I'm being discriminated against 10/04/2023 around 9:10am I went to the store and get the cups I wanted and get into the line. When it was my turn to checkout the guy told me to wait for a minute, I’m okay with that. There were two more customers that walked into the store behind me, and the cashier asked the person behind me for their order when my order had not been taken yet. If that had of been the first mistake, I would not have been bothered. But after being skipped in line she took the next person behind myself for a second time. Which made my experience as a guest feel looked over and as if my order was not as important. Then she proceeded to come to me after she took the orders of the two male customers behind me. When she took my order she turned around and walked away and then I had to go back up to her to tell her about the cup I was trying to purchase. Every time I go here to get a sweet cream vanilla cold brew with sugar-free vanilla in the drink they make it different every time. One time they just handed me black coffee with some stuff floating in it no ice no cream. They made it again wouldn't take the other one back by the time they got it made right I had three coffees and only needed one and only had two cup holders. They need to get there employees and understanding on how to make drinks or help the person understand what they are ordering. I don't want to just drink better coffee with some milk in it and no vanilla flavor at all even though I asked for sugar-free vanilla which is usually stronger because of the way that it's made.
