Asian Express on Hope Mills Rd. — Restaurant in Hope Mills

This has to be the worst bottom of the barrel food I've probably ever eaten in my life. The girl working at the front counter had the worst attitude I've ever seen. What's wrong with her? She doesn't need to work there if its that bad. Why does the food taste so weird? Spring rolls only had cabbage in them. The "fried rice" was nothing but rice, and the little tiny amount of General Tso's chicken had some kind of rancid ginger flavor. Supposed to be spicy. The sauces not being properly closed, and all over the bottom of the bag was a nightmare. Not only that my co-worker, and I just couldn't finish it because it was so bad. You guys charge waaaaaaaay to much for service this bad. There went almost $30 down the drain. If I wanted to waste my money I would just light it on fire. Food was not worth the 1hr wait for it. I don’t was told 20mins at 330pm then didn’t receive the food toll 4:25. I asked for a white sauce she proceeds to tell me it’s gonna be $.50 per sauce I couldn’t care less about paying for sauce. But not after I just wait an hour for my food. I asked her if she was seriously going to charge me $.50 for the sauces after She just made me wait an hour for my food and she decided to respond “I didn’t make you wait an hour” when indeed she works for Asian express whether she physically cooked it or not. Not how you respond to customer nor how get them to return. There’s way better Thai food in hope mills/ Fayetteville area I suggest...

Usually I go the the location on Camden Road and the food and service is outstanding. Today I chose this location because of the route I was taking. Upon arriving there was a lady ahead of me waiting to be serviced so I waited behind her. I waited behind her close to 10 minutes. One of the seated customers jumped in front of me to add to what she had already purchased and the lady working there ignored me. I said something to her and the customer but why should I have even had to. If you’re going to be a racist, you shouldn’t work with the public.
