Today, I Went To The Weiner Works On Hopemills Road To Get 2 Foot Long Hot Deluxe Hot Dogs Combo and Cheeseburger Combo For My Brother. I Decided To Order A Foot Long Deluxe Hot Dog Only With The Mustard Chili Onions and Cheese For Myself only. They Give Me All These Combos In This One Small Bag with Everthing Stuffed In There and The Bag Busting Open. They Even Give Me Cold Fries!! Mind You, I Am Still At The Window Never Pulled Off!! I Told Them This Is Bad Customer Service and This is Not How You Handle Customer Food. I Gave Them The Cold Fries and The Whole Order Back Through The Window. They Gave Back The Order With NEW BAG AND FRESH FRIES. THE HOT DOG THAT THEY GAVE ME WAS NOT A FOOTLONG CHILI CHEESE DELUXE BUT A SMALL HOT DOG!! THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THAT'S WHAT I ORDERED. BUT ITS NOT IT'S NOT A FOOTLONG HOT DOG BUT A LITTLE SMALL HOT DOG!! TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO CASHIER AND MANAGER. THEY BOTH YOUNG AND HA:E NO KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BOTH ARE TOUCHED AND CAN NOT DEAL WITH MAKING ORDER RIGHT!! THEY CALL SOME MANAGER ON PHONE MS. GAIL AND SHE STATED I HAD TO TAKE HOTDOG THE WAY IT WAS!! I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCHTook The order Back Through The Window and Cooked Hot Fries and Put in New Bag!! These Young Folks and The Manager Have No Knowledge Of Good Customer Service!! I Was Getting Ready To Call Police!! But They Showed Up!! The Cashier Trying To Make Me Take a Small Hot Dog That I Didn't Order. I Ordered a Foot Long Deluxe Chili, Mustard, Slaw and Onions. I Am So Disappointed In the Handling Of This Order and Will Dispute with Navy Federal Credit Union. Will Never Come To This Location Again!! Service All The Way Aroung Get Zero!! Very Disappointed!! I Would Not Recommend Any One Eating at This location. PersonSt, Ramsey St and RaefordRd are Better Equipped and Have Better Customer Service!!. I left Hot Dog In wrapper At Window Never opened. This bad Customer Service. I NEVER Authorized, Use My pin Or Signed For this transaction. I Am Totally Disappointed!! Will Dispute This Order with Navy Federal Credit Union. Bad Customer Service...

I went Sunday to the drive thru. I ordered and got my food. I got home husbands footlong didn't have correct ingredients, and my fry delight no chili didn't have sourcream that was ok easy to fix. I started eating one of my CHICKEN sandwich and discovered it was RAW half way through. I immediately spit everything out and went back for a refund. I was informed only owners could do refunds and that it wasn't even the first CHICKEN sandwich of the day to be served RAW. I waited around 30 minutes demanding a refund and no one could reach the owners. I couldn't stay longer due to having to get ready for work myself. I was assured I'd get a call back if I left my name and number. I never did get a call nor a refund and it's been 2 days. I did contact the health department to inform them of this situation yesterday. Weiner works used to be one of my favorites. The only place I would eat hotdogs from. Been going there since I was a child and was even their first customer along with my brothers and mom when they opened that location. I tried to carry on the tradition with my kids but no longer. That said I will never be eating here again the thought of RAW, UNDERCOOKED FOOD is unacceptable and disgusting. I know it's been going down hill for years but I tried to stay supportive but no longer. Then for them to have the the audacity not to even reach out and make this situation right is insultful. DO NOT EAT HERE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR SAFETY OR THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY. CAUTION THEY'RE SERVING...

So I've been enjoying Wiener Works since I was a little girl..about 20 yrs. The food has always been good to me but yesterday I decided to not go back. I pulled up and ordered...the lady was very nice. I ordered chilli 🍔 burger combo with no onions. I was told to pull up to the window for my total. (ps. They have great prices) I get to the window and the lady that took my order walks to the back and another lady from the back walks up to make my drink and I can hear her say, "oh that's with no onions." Then the lady hands me my bag of food. I bite into my burger and it's covered in onions...lol..no worries right? I'll just get back in line and get a new one. So I tell the lady at speaker, "I just came through a min ago and ordered the chilli burger combo with no onions and there was onions." And with an attitude she say, "pull around". Okay so I pull around and she doesn't say anything to me. Then she gives me my new burger and holds her hand out for my old burger all along not looking at me or speaking to me and moving with attitude. I go to ask for a fork and she walks away. Mind you she's still standing in the window view where I can see her and she can see me. I wave and say excuse me...and she continues to ignore me. I sit there for at least 30 seconds and she rolls gets eyes...finally I yell through the window "May I have a fork please?" She grabs a fork and sticks no more than her wrist out the window to hand me the fork. Horrible service. Fayetteville Winer Works on...
