Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Hopewell Township

To say that the ice cream is good is an understatement. 10/10 - Would Recommend.

When we went the place was packed. The line was long and the parking lot full. I figured it would take a while for us to get our ice cream, but it was a lovely evening so I didn't mind. As it turned out, the staff is as quick as they are polite. We were ordering and had our ice cream so much faster than I had imagined.

The ice cream was superb. It was perfectly creamy and the flavors I picked tasted spot on to how I imagined they should. Originally I had trouble picking the flavors I wanted but now I believe there would have been no wrong choice. The waffle bowl was amazingly fresh and perfectly crisp. It even managed to hold up to me eating 3 scoops of ice cream without getting soggy.

While I am a huge fan of Bruster's Ice Cream, the Hopewell location seems to fall short of my expectations. Any time we are in that area we like to stop and grab milk shakes. The problem is that about 1 out of 3 times we receive them they are more like a scoop of ice cream dropped into milk. You can taste the milk over the flavoring. This has been a regular hit or miss situation for the past 2 years. We have tried asking for them to be thick and mixed well, but the hit or miss situation seems to be ongoing no matter how we order them. We also visit the Beaver location on a regular basis and never seem to have this...

I love bruster's I take my grandchildren twice a week. Lately when the cats away her mice do play meaning at night the help are rude and dont do a very good job I order a sundae the giggling and squeezing a lid on for twelve minutes took two people to wipe and wipe and wipe. When I asked why she pit lid on she giggled and said she didn'know and now she was flusterad and went to start another one I told her to give me that one didn'want to wait any longer she gave it to me with out any napkins as it driped every where then I still order the next item no excuse love ice cream not...
