I placed an order online just a couple minutes ago for Fox's Pizza in Hopewell after I put the order through they charged my card I have online banking and I'm able to see that the transaction went through for the establishment in Hopewell when I called the store to see if about order a young lady stated that nothing went through and they said they could do nothing about my card being charged... when I tried to dispute an issue online the website.. it kept going to an error page I recommend that no one orders online for Fox's Pizza in Hopewell.. or any other Fox's Pizza Den the manager's name was Sebastian and he could not even give me any contact information for who I should contact about the online service... nor did he know what the website address even was...again I would highly recommend NOT ordering online!!!! Now I have to call my bank tomorrow and dispute this transaction... the manager was unhelpful and unknowledgeable about the store and website... I'm very displeased... management has to do better with making sure they are fully trained with knowing how to utilize their own tools that they are offering its customers..If this happened to me who knows how many other people it has happened to it's frustrating to have to dispute an issue that could have been resolved I asked him could I come up to the store and show him my bank statement... that clearly shows the money was debited and who it was debited from which was Fox's Pizza Den Hopewell he also declined they won't be getting any more of...
Read moreWow…. Is all I can say about the customer service I just received from this restaurant. The guy that waited on was VERY rude!! I order a Stromboli and I asked for it to be put through the oven twice as I have received doughy and uncooked ones in the middle. So when I got to the window he said to me well I made two of these to show you that this is what you asked for putting it through the oven twice. I said ok. He goes well you don’t want that one.(The one that went through the oven twice). I said ok. So he showed me the one that was run through the oven once and he said well this is the one you want and the one you’re getting. I’m like is it doughy? He said,( very nasty) We’ll that’s just how they are and thats how they are made. I said, I have been to other foxes and this has not happened to me. He goes well I doubt it and closed the window. I’m like are you kidding me! I was kind and listened to him BUT when I tried to tell him why I wanted it the way I did, he blew me off and was EXTREMELY RUDE! I will not go to this Foxes and support someone who would not listen to their customer and get upset when you tell them why you want something a certain way! And to this guy who was rude to me I have friends who owns a Foxes and there Stromboli have NEVER been under cooked. Your rudeness left me no choice but to leave...
Read moreI ordered pizza today and I had the worst experience ever I been a returning customer since they open and never had any major problem until today, my pizza was delivered to my home when the driver left and I open the pizza the one side was smashed on one side of the box looks like the driver was driving a little fast . So I called back to tell them what the problem was and all I asked was could they make me a new one since this one was messed up. Never touched it and the driver came back and picked it up when my dad told the driver what was going on the driver said it must of slid when he was driving. 30 min later the store manager called " Sebastan Secrest" my phone calling me a liar that when he got the pizza it was perfect he repeated to call me a liar again not letting me talk all I wanted was a new pizza since mine was smashed . Then he make a statement saying this always happen ur lying ur going on the do not call list and hung up.
