I ordered a pizza and wings on 22 June 19 to be delivered to my residence less than 5 miles from Chanello’s . At the time I was told it would take 45 minutes for delivery . However after a hour and half pass I became frustrated and called back stating I would like to cancel my order . At that time I was told oh we got busy . I was like not customer satisfaction and it seems as if my pizza was delayed to maybe the driver not leaving in a timely manner and that’s piss poor customer satisfaction. She then states oh he’s almost at your house . I was like I’m still canceling and would like a refund . After 5 days pass I noticed I never received my refund so then I went back to the Chanello’s in person to address why I haven’t received my refund . At the time the cashier on duty couldn’t determine what happened and gave me the corporate number to pinpoint if a refund was ever submitted . The cashier also stated that the driver said he delivered the pizza, which was a lie. Due to their shady business I am really questioning how trustworthy the drivers are they hiring who don’t deliver a pizza, but then I still get charge . In the future I definitely will not use my credit card with Chanello’s again. At that time I then cancel my transaction with my bank. This is far beyond not a company concern with customer satisfaction or striving to be successful in the business fast food franchise .Never ordering from that...

The very rude person on the phone told me that I better not get smart with him. I better not have an attitude and then he hung up on me. "We kept having issues, which they fixed, but we stopped ordering from them. Today, I hesitantly ordered from them and they did a great job today! So, we'll order from them again!" Try this place!
Old review 1 year ago: The pizza is good. I like following the delivery process, so I can be ready for their arrival without making them wait. I don't get the side sauce or spices I order. The slices aren't cut all the way through, so my toppings fall off and my slice falls apart when I pull to separate the pieces.
