I spent over $80 on my order.

I ordered szechuan shrimp and curry shrimp with onion for pick up. They gave me curry chicken; I called to report the incorrect item. I said "I ordered szechuan shrimp and a shrimp and onion dish, but I forgot the name." I described the dish to the owner and he said it was szechuan. I said that they "gave me chicken instead of shrimp." He said for me to bring the dish in so they can prove it was wrong. I told him I won't be able to come in until the next day. He said to call 15 minutes before I come in and he'll have my order ready and to bring in the dish they gave me. He was perfectly nice on the phone. When I showed up to switch my order he said it was curry chicken and he began accusing me of ordering the chicken. I reminded him that I described the dish and he said it was szechuan. He continued to argue with me about the dish and what I ordered. I told him I never ordered these items before, so I had to describe the dish to him. (The curry chicken picture on the website didn't look like the curry chicken he gave me. So I didn't know which dish was which.) He said ok, and continued telling me I was wrong while he walked away and I repeated to him what I already said. He said "ok, I'll make it!" I told him "I don't want it, give me a refund." I got a refund and he threw the dish away.

We have been doing business here for years. The owners are very friendly, and the food is usually very good. However, we had called our order in ahead and asked for beef fried rice. We didn't receive beef fried rice, but regular fried rice. When I called to tell them they would only give us one on our next order, instead of 4. I have experienced this type of thing with them in the past. Once we ordered sweet and sour chicken and there wasn't any sauce. The next time they gave us a small sweet and sour chicken instead of full sized. The plus side is that the food is always fresh and hot! The egg rolls are some of the best I've ever had. They could redecorate the inside. It has looked the same for 14 years. The atmosphere is lacking and you won't see many people dining in. Even a fresh coat of paint would be an improvement. Primarily, people do pickup orders here. I would give them a higher rating if they were a bit more amicable about corrections...

Only thing i order from here is the shrimp fried rice and crab Rangoon.

I used to love this place about 5 years ago and was the only place I would order from postpartum. But, a lot have changed since and seems like each year they charge more for the meals and the quality has gone down. After recommending many people to it and always buying. I have let it go because they started to miss something from my meals (sodas) or started charging a delivery fee on top of the higher meals that keep changing from "the menu" and also burnt crab Ragoon, dried old tasting rice, and over cooked hard fried wings. Aside from delivering, this place is small to dine in for a family.

The delivery guy is always friendly but the ordering lady is always rude, sometimes you can't even understand what she is asking or saying. To top it off, they are about 7 minutes from my house and it takes them about an...
