I went to the drive thru at 02/14/2024 and was met with completely rude employee, it was a male and we asked for the number 7 and literally like 10 seconds later I said “hello” politely and the employee had a complete attitude and was talking to me as if I’m a child or I cannot hear correctly. I felt so embarrassed and terrible, I ended up just leaving and going to 5 Guys across the street.
This comes after I came here late at night after a long shift and tried to get food, the lady at the drive thru got my order wrong and when I tried to tell her that it wasn’t my order, it was like I’m almost her enemy, she started throwing her hands up and saying “well you should’ve been more clear and told me before you accepted the food.” I asked for the manager because I felt like it wasn’t my fault and I asked for my order clearly and here comes out another order that wasn’t meant for me.. so now she tells me their isn’t a manager their because it’s late at night and the more we talked.. the more I was treated like a child that just got caught stealing. They aren’t kid friendly so don’t bring your family. I don’t recommend this place at all for anyone with kids or families or couples.. anyone in general. You will be met with hostile behavior and attitudes. You will feel so embarrassed like I have.. one of these days they will run into the wrong person.
I will try and submit this complaint to some higher level of White Castle management.. I love White Castle. I live 2 minutes down the street from it. I would love to eat it a lot but compared to all of the restaurants here in knollwood/Hopkins they have the WORST...

I eat a lovely vegan diet of food from Whole Foods and the co-op. But then, I saw on the marquise for White Castle, that they had the vegan impossible burger.
I've had the vegan impossible brand burger at My Burger, and at Agraculture--and it sucks both places. I put up with it very occasionally to settle on a shared restaurant because I'm vegan.
But now this. I'm done with all other food. I'd leave my husband--hell, I'd leave my kids on the side of the road--for the White Castle Impossible Burger Slider.
For starters, it's adorable--it's a tiny version of the full sized Impossible burger that they must have created just for White Castle. Then, they cook it with steam (on a secret little other grill that keeps all the utensils and the grill from touching beef) and onions. They served it up the way they've always served burgers, on a soft, white little bun with a few pickle slices and a squirt of ketchup and mustard (I asked for that last part).
I haven't been to White Castle since we went to the one in Detroit when I was young. But now, I'm obsessed. I would choose this burger (three of them to be more accurate) over ANY other dining out, from fast food to fancy. I am already trying to figure out how to get back there.
Again, I eat very healthily, in order to avoid having a quadruple bypass like my dad. And yet, this little burger made me so happy. I'm in love. I'll violate any and all of my food concerns for it. See you...
Read moreI ordered two sliders. A crispy chicken slider and a double hamburger slider. It was my first time going to a white castle, so this is an unbiased opinion on white Castle because I was excited to try it.
The crispy chicken sandwich was a tiny piece of chicken between two pieces of bread. I found the chicken bland and honestly tasteless. The texture of the chicken was nice. It would’ve benefited from a piece of lettuce from the sandwich. I eat everything and I decided not to finish the bread or the chicken because it just wasn’t worth the calories. I got some ranch dressing with it and the ranch was average as far as ranch goes.
For the hamburger slider, I thought the burger was about as thin as a slice of cheese. They had a nice onion mixture on it and the cheese was American cheese. Although overall I also found this very bland and just not worth finishing. I was honestly shocked how thin the meat was. I added the zinger sauce to it and it was very much like a horseradish sauce which I didn’t think added much to it.
Service was neither good nor bad. The person was pleasant, although it did take a bit to get it ready. There were no napkins included in the bag which I thought was a negative. The presentation of the two sliders was very cute and reminded me of In-N-Out. Although with none of the taste.
I will not be returning to a white castle after this, but I’m glad I...
