Waited in drive thru line for 45 minutes for a mobile order so I ended up going inside and explained how long I waited and my frustration which lead to nobody apologizing to me and finally they brought me the order after 5 more minutes of waiting inside. I tried to ask for the manager but they said she was busy and unable to talk to me, what manager is too busy to deal with an upset customer who is giving them business? Other customers had been waiting 5 minutes for a simple drink cup to be handed to them which the worker was so rude to a man about and I witnessed. I leave the store and check my order in my car to find out they didn’t even put my sandwich I had ordered in my bag, so I go back in and demand the manager this time, I’m told again she is too busy to talk to me and nobody apologizes to me. Finally the manager comes out, doesn’t say anything, and waits for me to explain my story as I’m doing so she is trying to interrupt me the whole time looking down at the order screen, had no remorse. I used one swear word while describing my frustration to which she became the victim of the situation and only partially refunded me for my order. I get my bag with my sandwich finally and leave. Read moreThis location is a hit or miss. Lately it's been a miss. Last time I ordered lunch for our business they threw everything in the bag including my warm bowl on it's side. Didn't notice until I got back to work and when I lifted the bag all the liquid ran all over me . Today I ordered at 11:35 and was texted my quick order would be ready at 12:15. Quick? When I pulled up at 12:15 noticed the drive through was way backed up and people inside pacing. I went to pick up my bag and it was on the counter not the shelf. I was trying to look in it to see if everything was there and was told by a worker "excuse me you don't need to stand in the middle" So I took it to the bench and noticed no utensils were in the bag, which i clearly clicked the box to include and even said so on my receipt. the bottom of the bag was wet because one of the soups lids wasn't all the way on. So I went back up to the counter and told the person behind it my bag was wet and no utensils. They told me I didn't check the box for that even tho the receipt said I did? No I'm sorry about that. I visit Panera Bread weekly with the same order every time, there is a woman by the name of Brenda who I have had several bad experiences with. (3 that I remember for sure) Brenda is not customer friendly, she always has a terrible attitude and if she gets an order incorrect she argues with me (the customer) Instead of apologizing and correcting the problem. This is NOT okay. I spend PLENTY money here and shouldn't be treated in this manner. Today she told me and argued with me that I told her I wanted American cheese on my sandwich I do not EVER eat American cheese this never came out my mouth but she wanted to argue, And made a point to stop making food and walk over to the window to do so!! my order is the same every single time and she knows that!
