Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hopkins

I hadn't had Taco Bell in a long while, but I got a craving one night. Nice people, good service, good food. I bought 3 taco supremes, hard shell; 1 chicken, 1 steak, 1 regular.

The chicken isnt as good as it used to be, I might skip it next time. The steak is still great. The ground beef was good, but it's not as good as the steak.

I got a few hot sauce packets and one diablo. The diablo was already open and it got all over my hands. I wanted to try it but I wasnt able to. They also over charged me, there was an extra 40c charge on the receipt. I know they charge extra for chicken and steak, but this was some extra charge. I wasnt going back for 40c.

Because of the packet being open and making a mess, and the over charge, I can only give 3 stars. Maybe I will stop at this location again someday and give them another shot. If I do, I will update my review.

Edit: I went there the other night and had no issues. Cause packets were good to go, chicken tasted just fine, and I tried one of their caramel apple things that was just amazing. I up the stars in my review to reflect this visit.

I wouldnt recommend the rice, though. Very dry and bland.

Edit: I usually go to the Taco Bell on Hwy7 but they are, well, gone. One of the new Taco Bells is being built, so I look forward to that. (Edit:it's open now and a great location to get a meal at.)

Anyway, this Taco Bell was my go to and I think I will stop eating there. This last order, they gave me regular tacos instead of supremes, and they gave my kid a cheese quesadilla instead of a chicken one. Oh, and they put the hard shell tacos on the bottom so they could be flattened by the other items.

They are usually good, but the last couple of stops there have been sub-par.

Also, they never give you a receipt. So I have no info on my order and I can't submit my info on the corp website to let them know of my issues. And the worse thing is I called numerous times and no one answered, so I can't even get a future order comped to replace the mess up they made.

Don't go to this location. Go to another. Or heck, look up where there is a Taco Johns. They are wicked tasty.

Edit: They gave me a taco with a few pieces of lettuce that had to be days old. Ick. Lost my appetite and just tossed the rest of my taco surpremes away. Should have followed my own advice and hit up a...

My experience.. showed up 20 minutes before closing (3:40am). I wasn't expecting much given they were about to close. Ordered spicy potatoes taco and beefy nachos. (Not sure if the nachos are a new Item or it's specific to this Taco Bell). I can say this is the first time in awhile I was surprisingly beyond satisfied with the food I received. Going to Taco Bell I usually expect something to be missing or messed up with order, quality or presentation. I just drove it off and say, "oh that's Taco Bell for ya."

There was nothing I could complain about with my order. I always get one spicy potato taco and this was the first time I had the spicy potato taco and the potatoes were crispy, and the taco was filled to proportion. And the nachos were very simple, but they were so damn good and again proportioned perfectly. It was also the first time I ever really noticed Taco Bell's guacamole, probably because there was some actual flavor to it. It was the first time I ever tasted lime in any of Taco Bell's food. It was my first time at that Taco Bell so I'm not sure if they're just that good or if I just got really lucky but I'm definitely going to go back again and find out! To the guys that were there working, Thank you! I literally was debating on whether I should go through the drive-thru one more time quick and order some more it was that good. So my 15 year old nephew is like uncle yo im hungry can we go to taco i got money. And im like ight lets go get the fourth meal...

As we are making our order in the drive through... ( My nephew is so slow at ordering when he has his own budget) A guy in a " tan, gold, snady color" rear ends us. An it only had been about 3 mins at the mic .... So we pull forward pay. Get our food and park in the lot as you should to avoid any more traffic in the line. We wait until we see the guy turning out of the drive through and take off down the street.

Now it wasnt a bad rear end i have no visible extra damage to my vehicle. And completely spaced about telling my insurance cause there is no damage.

And no its civil police should never be involved if both vehicles are driveable. But the guy should have at least pulled up next to me so we could together assest the damage.

Ill call my company monday do to the fact there is now a fee of some sort on my fully payed policy....

But hey dude in suv you know i had a another human and you were alone so i hope it wasn't you that reported that i hit you some how when I had my foot on brake and i was in drive.

But idk all in all taco bell is taco bell. Asshole drive will away hit and run... ( Is what you did sir cause i had park and waited. That's why i hope this fee charger is not on your accord.)

And tbell 4 stars is more a fast food establishment should...
