WORST BR customer service... go to heathers homemade ice cream just down the street (sooo much better quality) or drive to clarksville if you have to have BR and are happy with just 16-20 flavors. I havent reviewed until now bc I kept hoping things would get better with more experience.... sooo wrong.
I had been looking forward to having BR in town since the last one closed yrs ago. This store has been a continual disappointment since it opened. Almost every visit there is something wrong... at the drive thru, ive been given 4 individual scoops in 4 seperate cups eventhough i have asked for "2 scoops in a cup" twice. ive also been givem the wrong icecream. inside, EVERY visit except one, i have had to adjust chosen flavors due to supposed unavailability of monthly or standard flavors. the one time i got all the flavors i wanted was only bc the manager was working and told me some flavors are not on display but are still available. they have to be scooped from the back but it seems most employees would rather just say they dont have the flavor. There have been times where customers are waiting for help while 2 employees chitchat with1 employee serving ice cream.
Tonight was the 2nd time the doors were locked before 9pm. I got there at 8:50. the doors were locked but the drive thru was still open. I asked for a 2-scoop cup of peanutbutter n chocolate with butter pecan. I was told they "no longer have peanut butter and chocolate but its been replaced with strawberry cheesecake." This makes absolutely no sense... In what universe is strawberry cheesecake a "replacement" for peanut butter and chocolate? She should have suggested something remotely similar or just left it with "we dont sell peanut butter and chocolate any more". This is the ONLY BR ive ever been to that refuses to sell peanut butter and chocolate as a standard flavor (outside of a manufacturing problem). Read moreI've only ever been to the drive through, so I can't speak as to what occurs inside. The people I have spoken with at the window seem pleasant enough, some more than others.
They are ALWAYS out of something or can't make it for some reason. I only get the exact same drink every time, nothing else. On top of that, there seems to be variation in how it's made depending on who makes it. It's a franchise, should be uniform across locations.
I almost always mobile order, but still when I pull up to the speaker I get "I'll be with you in a moment." Sometimes even if the only cars in the parking lot are employee vehicles (yeah, i go there that often). It's like they can only wait on one party at a time, so they wait until they have completely finished the car in front of you before they start the next thing. More often than not, I'm watching them make it when I pull to the window. I'm not mad at that, it means it's the freshest possible, however it does lend credence to my "one party at a time" theory.
I read reviews that complained about price variation. I have also noticed that. If I order and pay in the app, it's consistent. Not so much if I order when I get to the store.

The manager charged us a more expensive price than what the menu said, then claimed we came in a price change day and instead of honoring the prices shown, rolled her eyes and went into the back without finishing our order. I tried talking to another employee but she was clueless and truly looked too intimidated by the glaring eyes of the manager to talk to me. I live in Clarksville so I’ve never been to this one, but ive never been treated that way by any over here. Their prices are higher than ours too.
