Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Horizon City

Placed order on app. Stated my order will be ready 7-10 minutes. Once I got to drive thru I was informed right way that due to a water pipe busted in the surrounding area, no fountain drinks will be given. Only tea & bottled water. I understand Jack in the box has zero control of water pipe issue. But should a business such as (food joint) stay open?!? I agreed to tea instead of fountain drinks. Drive thru employe asked me to pull forward to window after given my name for app order. Young lady confirms my name for order, hands me drinks shortly after. Informs me my food will be out shortly. The same young lady hands me 3 munchies box. I'm like you couldn't bad them?!? She just smirked. I mentioned I was missing a chicken sandwich & curly fries. She returns & hands a bag with only sandwich. I mentioned I didn't get my curly fries. At this point she was annoyed. If she had read the screen she would know exactly what my order is. Store was empty & no one behind me so I don't get what the issue was. It gets better. I arrive home & my order is completely wrong. What else is new. I had my burger & munchies box custom. Obviously nobody knows how to read. I fell employee need to have a reading test daily, because Obviously they don't know how to read. Pathetic. Spent $40 for order wrong, stale, cold, old food. No seasoning. The management will read my reviews, give a cheesy apology & the issue with NEVER...

Just a typical hungry Sunday 9:30 pm Jack in the Box trip with an impatient, crying infant in the back. At first I thought it was going to be a fast take-out, nah, they instructed us to wait infront so we were parked out front for 15-20 minutes?? Yeah, you guessed it. Infant started yelling bloody murder. I told the hubby to go check what's the hold up after watching the 3 vehicles behind us got their food and drove off less than 5 minutes of us ordering our food.... a minute later he walks out with the food (no drinks, just four items) and said they were happily chatting away amongst eachother while our food sat there on the counter? Honestly management, do better at hiring...

My kids went to this jack in the box location and ordered some milk shakes and these are the cherries the employees put on the shakes. When my daughter pulled out her cherry to eat it, she pulled out cherries that look like they were already bit. When they told the employees about the cherries they said (thats its because they ran out but that they had more in the back and they asked if they wanted some) Why the hell would you serve those if you had more in the back? And why would you ask a customer if they want what they paid for. Such terrible...
