BOSS Tenders, Dogs & Custard — Restaurant in Horizon City

1st time experience here at this location today. Chose this location because it is near by work Stopped by as soon as they opened which is 11a.m. Good Customer Service 5 star. Ordered the 2 chile cheese dog combo. Cashier handed cups & I went to grab drink while waiting for food. Huge disappointment when I grabbed some ice, to my surprise no ice. Very little came out. Made more noise than ice that came out. I thought ok, they just opened & no ice? Obviously someone didn't do their job last night or before opening. Grabbed a table & what do you know, dirty. Nobody wiped down. Here's a 3rd reason for 2 star & I'm being nice on atmosphere rating. Went to restroom & dirty sink, no soap & dirty toilet. Good thing I don't work for the Health Department. The fries were well seasoned & crispy. The chili cheese dog was ok. Scale from 1-5 I'd say a 2.5. It was missing something. Maybe it's the shredded cheese? Maybe the cheese needs to be more melted? Manager Gabriel is running a good store. My first time there. Everything clean. Food temp and presentation awesome. Most of all Food was not greasy and delicious. Had the spicy tenders and fries. Fries were not soogy but very crunchy and good tasting. Big kudos. Mariana on the register was attentive and knowledgeable on items on the menu. Very courteous too. Really cool food spot down by walmart, much more preferable to canes. The atmosphere inside was really nice just a little small, their food was 10/10 had so much flavor and seasoning, I really would recommend to try their lemon pepper tenders.
