Went to get my family some food, asked them to wrap one of our burgers in lettuce, and 3/4 were put in a tray with lettuce. Went back in line and told them they were made incorrect. They then took back the order to “fix it”. Took the food home and we noticed that they just slapped the stuff on a bun and gave it to us that way plus the fries were cold. We were overall unsatisfied. We then had to google the store number because we were NOT given a receipt (this isn’t the first time at this location). We spoke to the manager and she said she would have a copy of the receipt in the office with my mothers name on it and promo the whole meal. Fast forward two weeks and we go back to get the meal and they ask us for the receipt, to which we respond we were told there would be a receipt in the office, so the girl goes back inside and brings out I guess a manager? Her name was Selene, and she tells us they never keep receipts in the office. So here I am sitting in the drive thru trying to figure out why the manager who’s name we never got told us she was going to have the receipt in the office. We then are told to pull forward and park, then Selene tells us that her manager (still don’t know the name) REMEMBERS US but said she was only promoing two out of the four meals (not what she said on the phone since the whole order was messed up). So we sit there for about 15 minutes while Selene talks on the phone with her manager. At that point it was already frustrating and all the going back and forth was an inconvenience so we left. Never going back to this Whataburger again! I will be telling everyone I work with as well as every military personnel I associate with that this Whataburger provides terrible...
Read moreLast few times have ordered 4 large meals and the tomatoes paper thin and looked disgusting the lettuce equal if not poorer. The quality in general since opened 100 percent has gone down fast. Gave them high marks and another one off Alsmeda both were great friendly and the food awesome and vegetables looked and tasted farm fresh. Today order large meal and 4 Dr Pepper shakes which were all different shades of vanilla I noticed one was really just vanilla even took lid off and stirred it and no Dr pepper made them aware of it and said they r all Dr Pepper but would make another one which another employee argued that all r Dr Pepper which just shook my head and was not continuing the conversation with something they need more training on. And guess what got home all 4 Dr Pepper shakes vanilla with it barly darker than 1st one and all on top they were not mixed correctly after we stirred up them up we had 4 plus the 1 replaced we had 5 large vanilla shakes with not even a hint of Dr Pepper, I order them almost weekly 4 to 6 large Dr Pepper shakes my kids and I love the Dr Pepper shakes and love the burgers but what a let down and disappointed that management has allowed this to happen and the treatment to customers by employees. Have more if needed to post and prove. It is sad that a hamburger joint has problems with providing fresh tomatoes lettuce, and, oh, I forgot, onions and milkshakes, which is the pure basis of your business.UPDATE 11/18/20 Still no response from local management, Corporate nothing. Read moreI placed an online order of 3 whataburger meals with cheese, 1 whataburger Jr meal with cheese and 1whatawing meal. All my meals were missing the cheese and fries with the exception of the whataburger Jr meal. I called to the restaurant and Jacob (shift manager) apologized and offered to replace the entire order before Friday. I call back and let the manager at the time know Jacob approved to replace the entire order. Not once did Jacob asked me to go back to take my order back the same day. Thursday I decide to all and get the meals and Alexis is the shift manger for the day. He laughs in your face, doesn't let you speak and tells you to have a good day to shut the person up. He is disrespectful, unhelpful and just told me no it's not his fault that happened. It will not be replaced and that he spoke to Jacob and Jacob doesn't remember the conversation.
