Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Horizon City

there is the girl that works here and is just plain rude, she had asked me what i wanted and i gave her my orders and on the second one i had asked for a specific drink and she then said would you like any cold foam or other toppings and i then said yes extra vanilla cold foam. she proceeded to ask me to repeat myself and i said extra vanilla cold foam and then she said vanilla cold foam is the regular one dude like you didn’t even ask me what flavored cold foam i wanted i told you, so how are you going tell me (the regular one is vanilla dude).keep in mind i don’t go here regularly i don’t order coffees that much either so i didn’t know regular cold foam/ soft top is vanilla flavored. but what made no sense to me is that if regular cold foam/soft top is vanilla flavored why respond to me saying our regular cold foam/ soft top is vanilla dude. it shouldn’t matter if i say regular or vanilla cold foam because they are the same, if you know regular cold foam is vanilla flavored why feel the need to be extra and tell me our regular soft top is vanilla dude. and on top of that calling me dude after being smart with me even though i answered everything with a...

I know, I know... it took me forever to try Dutch Brothers since I've always gone to the mermaid. So, I finally gave in.... Went to our local location... We were met with the very sweetest server... She was not only pleasant but personable. I let her know I was new to Dutch Brothers and wasn't super sure what I wanted.... Just knew I wanted something carmel. We decided on a snickers freeze with extra carmel. I took one sip and couldn't believe the flavor! This drink was delicious! I loved it! I will definitely be back... wowsers! Why aren't these on every corner haha! Definitely give it a try if you haven't already!...

The coffee and everything is good as long as you don't get a worker talking to someone they know in the drive-thru. I ordered ahead online and got there to pick up my drinks at 10:38. The person on Drive-thru told me they would be with me in a minute because they were making an order. Immediately after giving the order, they went straight to talking to the person in the drive-thru. I had to wait until the other person there noticed I was still standing there.
