I specifically ordered 16 pieces of chicken with four sides , which is their number 5-6 option , I then ordered two beef fajita plates to go which come with 2 sides for each plate, I ordered chorizo queso fundido as well. I ordered it to go with charro beans baked potatoes and fries.
I got home and the order was incorrect , the fajita plates were chicken. Not a horribly big deal but I wanted to see what I could do in order to simply get the order correct , the lady told me to hold on , so I held , the man that took my order told me “sir you ordered chicken fajitas” I said “no sir, must have been a misunderstanding I’m ordering specifically for certain people” , his reply “ no , you ordered chicken fajitas , I remember” and the conversation was over.
I’m not one of those nut jobs customer is always right kind of person , but when there’s a misunderstanding , let’s fix it , not play the blame game, I know what I ordered , could it not be that you entered it incorrectly ? Being that I ordered a 16 piece chicken right before the beef fajita order?

I decided to stop by since I was in the area, but the experience was frustrating from the start. There was a communication issue when placing my order, and unfortunately, things only got worse from there. When I got home to eat with my kids, we discovered that the chicken was completely burnt. It was so charred that it had a bitter, sour taste, and none of us could eat it — not even our dogs wanted it.
We ordered the Mr. Carbon combo, which is listed online at $32.33, yet I was charged $45. That’s a big difference, especially for food we couldn’t enjoy. We also got charro beans and fries. The beans were okay, but the fries were soggy and overly greasy — a far cry from what we’ve had at other locations.

She was a light brownish girl with a tattoo on the back of her right arm and even when we asked for something else, we never got a response and then she comes back and just gives us total. I had to ask her if we were going to get what we ordered since she didn’t tell us anything and she was still rude. Then the girl with the red hair opens the window and just gives us order and says nothing at all and just closes window. If it’s an inconvenience to you for people to go and order when everyone is cleaning then you might want to reconsider what time you close cuz that’s exactly how it felt like during our visit.
