Since Im investigating and looking out Several place for 4 events. I went to Julio’s Eastleak I didn’t like the flautas . They were hard although they refried by my request You can’t fry something that is already old specially on corn tortilla. Y also notice in our group of 15 different amounts of portions in the same plates of flautas. It’s a beautiful private room Both. For FUTURE events I would strongly suggest, Have an experience management and crew Specially in the kitchen. If you have un- experienced Kitchen cooks YOU will get, Old Cold GUMMY meat Reheat -cold beans reheated and The worst cold hard rice NOT funny if it’s an important event. Specially at dinner time. I would strongly advise to make it a point That if there’s any of does things The management and cooks Should see the importance and Impact IMAGE of the company is at steak. We spent over 1200 with drinks and food.
If I go back Which I will but with that condition And all 15 of us aggre

Read moreMy wife and I went to dinner on friday evening and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very welcoming. As I mentioned, our food was delicious. My wife had the chile rellenos, which she loved, and I had the Julio's mexican plate, which consisted of a crispy beef shredded taco one red cheese enchilada and a chile relleno. The rice was flavorful and fresh and the beans had a delicious authentic taste. I'm very critical of a mexican restaurant's rice and beans. Adrian provided great service, suggesting meals and even preparation details which gave us anticipation on what we ordered. Fernando was the manager on duty, he made his rounds to our table as well as all other guests making sure we all had everything we desired. Fernando seemed to be in his element and enjoyed overseeing our experience. We will continue to visit this Julios Eastlake location as it exceeded our expectations. Thank you, keep up...
Read moreI came here with my family, after having been accustomed to the success of Julio’s off the freeway. However, we were not met with the same Julio’s we grew to know as kids- this place was actually quite terrible. Terrible not just in food quality, but also in terms of cost.
Avoid the “specials” at all costs. Literally the food was old, bland, and had been clearly previously cooked (carnitas) and refried to serve. The Chicken tampiquena had zero flavor! The flautas were not good either- they used unseasoned beef that had zero flavor. Lastly, the one chile relleno I ordered tasted like the hot oil it was fried in- the pepper wasn’t even fire roasted!! Talk about half a$$ed!
All together, the meal was about $100. $4.50 for one terrible relleno, $4 for a small lemonade, $4 for one iced tea, $18.99 for the terrible chicken, $17.99 for the burned, old and dry carnitas… even $2.50 for the spoonful...
