My wife and I have been regular customers at Union Drafthouse on Eastlake since around the time they opened. We visited on numerous occasions and have also gotten "To Go" food from them either in person or through Uber Eats.

What sets them apart from other "Pubs/Bars" is that the food is elevated. We call it "Cheffy Pub Food" and it is fantastic. Tonight, we shared Dirty Tots, a Side of French Fries, and we each had Boneless Wings (I had Korean BBQ and she had regular BBQ). There are numerous options on the wings with temperatures ranging from super mild to are you kidding me hot.

The fries were perfect as they had good size, a great crunch on the outside yet soft in the inside. They were not overly salted and were absolutely perfect.

The boneless wings were also beautifully executed. The Korean BBQ had a fantastic flavor with (to me) just a slight kick. The regular BBQ were more mild, again, with distinct flavor quite different from the Korean ones and just enough kick for my wife without being too hot.

The Dirty Tots are the star of the show. They are crispy tater tots covered with a white queso sauce, beef brisket and a drizzle of a wonderful BBQ sauce. Whenever we go to Union we share this and it is by far our favorite dish.

There are other items we've frequently ordered and two of our favorites are the calzones and the deep dish Pizza. My wife also likes the Bone In Wings and I enjoyed a Meatball Sandwich a couple times. You can also spoil yourself with a reasonably priced Root Beer Loat made with scoops of real vanilla ice cream and an awesome draft root beer.

Our favorite servers are Andre at the bar (he has helped us most of the times we've visited) and Arlette who took wonderful care of us this evening. Union has great specials that can make an evening out quite affordable (they typically have a different special every day). Tonight's was buy one pound of wings and get the second pound for free. Lastly, we rarely drink; however, with over 100 beers on tap, if that is your thing you will not be disappointed.

If I could, I would give these...

Union Drafthouse on Eastlake: A Winning Combination of Great Drinks, Food, and Stellar Service! My recent visit to Union Drafthouse on Eastlake was absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and lively, perfect for a casual night out. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible staff, particularly the manager and our server, Michelle. The manager was simply awesome – incredibly attentive, checking in to ensure everything was perfect, and genuinely engaging. They went above and beyond by offering some truly fantastic drink suggestions like the Union bomb!! That perfectly hit the spot. It's clear they have a deep knowledge of their offerings and a passion for ensuring guests have a great time. And speaking of great service, our server Michelle was an absolute gem! She was friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Michelle was quick to anticipate our needs and made sure our glasses local dead each chihuaheff were never empty. Her recommendations for both food and drinks were spot on, and she handled everything with a cheerful and professional demeanor. Of course, the drinks themselves were top-notch, with a fantastic selection of drafts to choose from, living up to the "Drafthouse" name. We also enjoyed a delicious Green chili burger that perfectly complemented our beverages. Overall, Union Drafthouse on Eastlake hits all the right notes: a great selection of drinks, tasty food, and an outstanding team that makes you feel genuinely welcome. A huge shout-out to the manager for their attentiveness and excellent recommendations, and to Michelle for her fantastic service. We'll...

Alright, buckle up, because I'm about to sing the praises of Union Draft House on Eastlake! If you're looking for a casual spot with killer food, a fantastic atmosphere, and service that'll make you feel like a regular on your first visit, you've found it.

Let's start with the pizza. Forget your average pie; this is a revelation. It's got that glorious, foldable New York style that we all crave, but with a twist that elevates it to another level. That crunchy edge, reminiscent of a Peter Piper crust, is absolute perfection. It's the best of both worlds, and at their prices? It's an absolute steal. You get a huge, delicious pizza that doesn't break the bank.

Then there are the beer-battered shrimp. Oh. My. Goodness. These aren't your typical tiny shrimp; these are huge, Gulf-sized beauties. The batter is light and crispy, and the sauces they come with are bursting with flavor. Every bite is a delectable explosion of seafood goodness.

But what truly sets Union Draft House apart is the people. Joann, the bartender, served it up well and was attentive. A massive shout-out to Erik M, the manager, who clearly runs a tight ship. He's created an atmosphere that's vibrant and fun, with great music and ice-cold beers flowing. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience, and it shows in the quality of the food and the dedication of his crew.

Union Draft House on Eastlake is a must-visit. Delicious food, incredible value, a lively atmosphere, and exceptional service – what more could you ask for?

Do yourself a favor and check it out! You won't be disappointed. Join thier 100 beer club while your there,...

Some of the food we ordered was ok... unfortunately most of the food missed the mark terribly. The burgers were good. The kettle chip sides were far too salty and really couldn't eat more than 2 or 3... so they went to waste. The onion rings at first taste were amazing! Then, as you kept eating you realize about 1/3rd of the onion rings were actually the skin of the onions... again, couldn't eat those and they went to waste. The cheese bread appetizer was definitely not cooked. Took one bite and saw how raw they were...that full order of bread went in the trash. Then the cherry on top... our desert ... the beignets were balls of raw dough! Please see the photo I've attached... you can see they are not light & fluffy and they are not golden brown.... they are raw balls of inedible dough... again, in the trash. So over 50% of our meal went in the trash and we wasted our money. Unfortunately we did a pick up order and didn't have the ability to have these issues rectified. I wouldn't recommend this place overall as most everything was wasted. *sigh*

We found ourselves on the far east side of El Paso on an early Saturday night. My how El Paso has grown. We decided to drive up Eastlake and decide to stop at Union DraftHouse. We almost walked out because the music was so loud and it was crowded (what did I expect) but we saw that the outdoor patio was empty. We were treated to a beautiful sunset and a soft breeze, so that was our sign to stay. Our server, Andrea was so nice and attentive. We started with some nachos. Forgot to take picture as we were so hungry we dove right in. But, they were delicious. I can't remember the names of the dishes but I have included pictures and it was all so delicious. Not badly priced either. Highly recommend!
