Smoothie King — Restaurant in Texas

Decided to try out this spot for the first time and as I walk in the girl doesn't seem interested to want to help at all, when I'm at the register I ask a question and shes just answering random things cause obviously she not even paying attention just another robot, after I pay and turn around I over hear her talking bad about me immediately on her head set to the other employee as soon as I turned I read her lips (yes people can do that) and Google wont let me type what she said so you can imagine, so I turn back to ask what she said and was ignored so I'm watching her prepare the smoothie while laughing and continuing to berate curses and comments thinking she cant be heard because she whispers into the headset. when I ask for the manager she said she is the manager and her name is Bianca but if I wanted a real manager to come back tomorrow. so I make both employees aware that people can hear them and read their lips and all the things they're saying to employees again ignored. will never be returning to smoothie king and will gladly elaborate a full story for upper management...

My daughter and I stopped by today after the gym and placed an order with the manager (Leslie). We sat a waited for our order to be prepared and after a while we realized that it was taking pretty long for them to make our smoothie bowls (one other girl worker there besides the manager) and there were no other customers at the time we were there so couldn’t understand why they were taking so long. Then after a while the manager heads to the bathroom while the other girl is cleaning the counter so my daughter goes up to the counter and asks the girl, is our order ready yet. Then she answers, oh what did you order? My daughter asks for a refund and just forget the order she tells her. So then the girl waits for the manager Leslie to come from the manager to give the regular since she is the one that took it. The manager then says, whats the issue here and what did you order??? Lol what a joke this visit was. They clearly don’t know what they are doing. Very very...

So around 10:30 AM I get to the drive thru and right away the gentleman tells me there is a wait? I ask how long, he replies 10 minutes. I was thinking maybe there was a few cars in front of me so understandable for the wait. I like to get a smoothie before work so my time was limited so I couldn't wait. As I drove off I notice there was the no cars in front of me and no wait inside. Which made no sense why there was a 10 minute wait. Just looks bad...
