MR. DONUT — Restaurant in Horn Lake

RUDE!!! DISRESPECTFUL!! Very inappropriate young lady that was at the drive thru window. On April 29 2025. At 5:20p.m. I pulled up to drive thru window and politely asked if they had a dozen of glazed donuts available and I was told NO in a disrespectful tone and manner. I’ve also asked if there were any cinnamon twist available and how many were left if so. I was told by the you d lady at the window that she was trying to count the cinnamon twist but “I Interrupted Her”. Now that was very unprofessional and RUDE AS HELL and I’ve always shopped at Mr Donut but never have I ever been disrespected by such individual since I’ve been going there. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN ! And they should get her out of the drive thru window because she shows no Respect and kindness...

I normally visit through the drive thru but on yesterday I went on the inside. There was a older lady that took my order. I said what I wanted but she couldn’t hear me and responded what in a irritated way. I spoke louder and she understood. Before she packed the donuts she picked up a used tissue to wipe her nose and put the used tissue back down! She did not wash her hands! This is disgusting! I will not...
