I just had the worst experience ever!! I was basically verbally assaulted by the manager that they called Tim. I came to Sonic and ordered food for me and my children. Well, my oldest decided she didn’t want her meal anymore. I had already swiped my card and paid. I called back in and asked them if they would please take her meal off. They said ok that was fine. They gave me a new total. So, because I already paid, I just assumed they would refund me the difference. The carhop came outside and said that I had to pay again. She said they refunded me the other amount of 34.09 to my card. I showed her where they charged me 40.57 on my bank app. You can see the transaction. She said ok, let me go back inside and get the manager because I asked her for a receipt showing me the refund. The manager, Tim, came out and had the nastiest attitude. He came out and was like there is no receipt. I was explaining to him that I was charged and showed him the screen where it showed the charge. Well, he instantly cursed me out and told me he didn’t give a damn what my phone said because there was no refund!!! He was yelling at me through the window and was very belligerent! I was heated because why are you coming out mad and then you cursing me out in front of my kids!!!! I asked them for another manager and he said I am the manager! It was giving that he was racist and just had a chip on his shoulder. I was not rude, I was not loud and I did not yell. My daughter recorded some of the aftermath. He was very disrespectful and I will be reporting him every where! This is not the way to be especially working in customer service. I felt very unsafe and will never go back there again. Read moreBeen to the Sonic in Horn Lake twice recently, the one on Goodman Road across from the NeighborhoodWalmart. Both times they get the order wrong. I had 2 people eating. Spent $20 for the meal. If you order a "hamburger" plain with pickle & mustard only, it shouldn't come with cheese. Even after repeating the order 3 times telling them a hamburger without cheese. Then the other items was a #1 with cheese add mustard no ketchup, it comes with no lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, but did have cheese. Then the 2nd time stopped, made the exact same order, and the plain "hamburger" had cheese, and the #1 had no cheese, no anything. I mean, some people might be lactose intolerant and can't eat cheese, they could be allergic. They should be double checking orders before food is brought. You cannot did thru the bag without spilling food everywhere to open & check to see if burgers are correct. A hamburger plain is just that. And a Cheeseburger has cheese. Seems like either they don't care or they need more training. But everything is on a screen, so should be pretty easy to follow directions...

Then I watch two more women come out with two more orders going the other way and there was only four cars there when I got there I watch three of them leave but orders are still going out and my never came finally got pissed and left nobody has 30 minutes to wait for their food and then find out that it still isn't coming when they say it's on the way out the door and you can see clearly it's not on its way out the door because everybody else's is on the way out the door I two sliders and a damn glass of tea 30 minute weight is ridiculous this is the third time it's taken over 30 minutes to get my food this time I left it there I will not be back y'all are lousy.
