BeautyZone Hair & Wigs #3 — Local services in Horn Lake

I have shopped in this location multiple times without any issues. However, my last visit was not so welcoming. I returned to this location because I was told that an item I wanted was going to be ordered and I needed other items. They did not order the item which was no problem. My problem was the customer service by one the employees of the store. I recently purchased a head wrap from another beauty supply place. The wrap was very thin and small for the price. Therefore, since I was there I was just going to purchase another but wanted to ensure it would be what I needed. One of the wraps that I was interested in had already been opened so I reopened the package to see if it was what I wanted. As I was doing so an employee quickly came over and explained that I was not allowed to open the packages which I understood. I apologized to her and explained to her that the package had already been opened I just reopened the package. She understood and continued to assist me with finding my desired head wrap. Everything was going fine until another employee came over. This employee asked the other, Are you okay? Then she requested for the employee to give her the open package because they pulled the camera footage and I did open the package, which I had already stated. Even if the camera footage was pulled that should have never been brought to my attention as if I was stealing. The sad part is I have come in contact with different ethnic groups in this same location and never been made to feel like I was stealing until I came in contact with one of my own. I won't...

Me and my best friend went in the store today and was looking at all the beautiful and inexpensive wigs they have only to leave and go next door to WEST COAST BUTRITOS and had one of the ladies come and say we stole a wig. It was truly embarrassing. Mind you guys, I been in before and bought a wig and etc... They didn't even look at the cameras to see if someone else did it. They even called the police, which were nice. I had on a green short pant set and a purse. I showed her and the police my purse without hesitation. Where tf would I put a wig? I barely had on clothes and my purse wasn't big enough for a wig. Smh. I wouldn't recommend that store to anyone but if you do go, please be careful because they will accuse you. I hated that experience so much and we didn't deserve to be treated this way. We will not be shopping there anymore and I think they don't even deserve one star but I had to...

I actually passed this store following the directions because the building didn't obviously say the name. I'd been here before and found this place to be simply delightful.

There is a good variety of products. This place may not have every single color of every single brand, but they still have a good variety and selection.
