El Molino Restaurant — Restaurant in Horn Lake

I never plan on patronizing this restaurant ever again. We ordered food for delivery and upon delivery was only given half of our order. We spoke with multiple employees about the issue and they all said different things ranging from "We can't do anything about it" to "You can come up here and pick up the rest of your food." We arrived at the restaurant to pick up the rest of our food that we've already paid for and we are then told that we can't have our food because the restaurant has no proof of payment. Upon showing the employees our receipt, which is a PROOF OF PURCHASE, we are told that just because we have a receipt for the food doesn't mean it was paid for. Hands down best Mexican restaurant in Horn Lake! Service is wonderful, their guys there are always smiling and fast! Their homemade salsa is the best around. Get the Legendary El Molino Quesidilla with Steak!!! It is HUGE and worth every penny. They never have issues with special requests with food either! They even have great chicken strips and fries for those picky kid eaters! The drinks are always good but if they aren't up to par they never have an issue remaking it! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I placed a deliver order at 8pm and upon deliver over half my order was missing.. I called the restaurant amd was on and off the phone with them for over an hour for them to tell me If I wanted my food that I PAID for with delivery, that I would have to come to the restaurant. I got to the restaurant and they refused to give me my order because apparently they had no record of the order and that they had no money.
