AJ's Grilled Burgers and Snowcones — Restaurant in Houston

If a zero star was a thing, I would give it a zero! years ago Aj’s wasn’t like this and I'm very disappointed. Brought my husband here for the first time because I bragged about it for a while. So, today he decided to give it a try. While driving I noticed a odd smell coming from the bag but I didn’t pay no mind to it, but something about that smell was off. We ordered tacos(those were okay) When we got to the onion rings “supposed to be, but end up being fries”that ish stank! I don’t know what that smell was but it was horrible. The burger????(Some type of bbq burger) Man nasty.. straight up. Burger was supa wet, patty small as hell idk what to call that and the lemonade drink taste like water and lemon. Not to mention they lady who’s taking the order is over charging so beware and pay attention to the prices. I’m mad I had to drive back and ask for a refund. They didn’t want to lose a $1 so bad to the point homegirl gave us the refund but charged us for the drinks that came with the meal. Smh NEVER...

I got lucky finding AJ's burgers tonight. Just happened to be next door and I was hungry. Wow! The burger was spectacular. Bacon, cheese, all the toppings on a quality homemade beef burger. And the fries... perfectly seasoned, fresh and hot! Not to mention AJ himself. Super friendly and welcoming. Very proud of his product, as he should be! Fast food time, but so much better than other quick food options. Huge menu. I look forward to trying it all. Free delivery (in the area, I'd assume) and that's a huge difference with all the other Doordash and ubers out there. I'm new to the area and I love finding great spots like these. Prices can't be beat and neither can the quality. Thanks AJ... I'll be back for sure, and you should check it out if you're in the area..... Cheers my...

If we could give AJ 10+stars across the board .....we absolutely would, this place represents ALIEF SWAT AppleCity to the fullest and when we say EVERY SINGLE FOOD ITEM IS HITTIN, we aren't lying 🤥 #frfr we love all his menu and we have been diehard fans of his place since day one from the foodtruck, to his spot on Beechnut to where he's now on Bissonnet and S Kirkwood; ALLLLL his food items are our favorite and he aims to please, friendly seevice and fast but good eatz ...you will not be disappointed; we strongly suggest and highly recommend everyone to drop by AJs and tell em Pee and Mrs Kimberly from Google guide...
