You will never speak to a human (you have to order through a QR code) yet you need to tip before you even get your food. It was $32 for what was worse quality than a frozen meal. The tables were absolutely filthy, and no one ever wiped them down for us. We had to ask multiple times just to receive waters, the staff kept ignoring us, like they were hoping we would forget we asked for drinks. We were given one pair of plastic silverware that we had to share. There were plenty of workers standing around, making drinks for themselves, and on the phone, but it seemed like only one of the older guys at the bar, was actually working. We couldn’t even get the staff to make eye contact with us when we tried to get their attention. The staff walks around with a washcloth as if they are checking the restaurant, or cleaning, but they never actually do anything, and ignore the customers when they obviously need something. I wish I never spent a dime here. The chicken seemed freezer burnt and dry, the broccoli was completely uncooked, and the rice had zero flavor. The rice was cooked well, and the flavor of the sauce on the chicken was decent, but that’s about all I can say that’s positive. It tasted exactly like an old frozen tv dinner. It’s unfortunate because I have eaten here years ago and remember the pho being pretty good, but I didn’t even see it on the menu. Save your money, I wish I could get mine back, I feel like I got royally scammed.
