Great place for pizza in the Houston (George Bush) airport. Fresh, hand stretched dough. Light sauce and evenly spread cheese and toppings. Baked hot and fresh, hard to say if I preferred the pizza or the crust drizzled with olive oil just out of the oven. Service was quick so I had time to get from my origin flight to my connecting gate, order and eat with only an hour layover. You order and pay through bar or table tablets, so there's no wait to get your order in. Add a shot to your beer and you will not complain about being underserved. Don't look for a picture of the finished pizza - I couldn't wait long enough to dig in.

The pizzas are made right in front of you with fresh ingredients. You can even see them bring in fresh vegetables and prep them. The pizzas were medium, you could not pick a size, but were surprisingly filling. If you're used to eating budget pizzas, the price will seem steep. If you eat at pizzerias then the prices are no different. While not as good as those restaurants, it's a lot better than the major chains and the best airport pizza I have had.

Pizza amazing! One employee, they call, "papi" very unprofessional. He was putting the lettuce in the container without gloves, and graving his phone with the same hand he was separating the lettuce. He was screaming to the coworkers and was rude with them. One bad apple can make the good ones look bad. Very nice ,they prepare the food on front everyone,.Less bossing around and more careful with handle the food . it will be great! Go papi ! Si se puede☺!

Delicious pizza made fresh in front of you. Cocktail options with ability to take your own order and checkout to speed up process if you’re in a hurry. 4/5 stars because it took almost 30 mins to get my pizza and it appeared staff just waited and sat on their phones for a while before bothering to make my order. I had to race to my flight and was one of the last to board because of that delay.

Food came fast. Caprese Salad was rather underwhelming and size disappointing. The real let down though was the cheese and meat platter: in their photo it shows assorted soft and hard cheeses, thinly sliced smoked ham, candied walnuts, and a fruit jam. Reality looked very different: all cheap hard cheeses, plain walnuts, and the meat speaks for itself (see pictures).

One of the best restaurants in this airport. Pizza is well made with a nice crunch, evenly browned, and slightly yeasty and doughy inside. It's somewhat of a cross of mostly neopolitan and a touch of Detroit style. I liked it. Cocktails were expertly crafted. Service was great; friendly and efficient. Will return whenever I'm flying from the C terminal.
